Coops and Elevators… This is a great way for you to assist us in giving children a better future. Your involvement is not a difficult procedure. To assure that you understand how the process works we have detailed the steps below to make this as easy as possible.  For your benefit we have been in contact with the Kansas Dept of Agriculture to assure the easiest way possible for you to assist the farmers that wish to donate to our foundation.
If you are a grain facility in a different state other than Kansas you will need to see your State regulations on cash pay outs on grain. Kansas has no stipulations on when a check has to be cut for a cash payout.

To make this work, the first step is to set up an account for the Bushels of Love foundation at each elevator or coop. To set up an account it should be the same as they would set up a farmers account. The next step is to make sure that all bushels that are donated to the foundation will be a cash sell. The process for the donator needs to take place at the time of dump to make it easier on everyone. When the farmers dump their grain they will let the coop or elevators know that they want to donate a bushel or more to the Foundation. At that time a ticket will be issued for the amount of bushels for that load going to BOL. Since Kansas has no time frame on paying out cash sells, elevators can wait until the end of each month to cut the check to the foundation. Due to some minor problems with storage cost and small donations we want to avoid paying any storage cost to assure all donations are going to our charitable cause.

Checks need to be made out to the following:
Bushels of Love Foundation is a Non Profit 501c3 Foundation.
All proceeds from the coop and elevators will be made out to
Bushels Of Love Foundation and be sent to PO BOX 635 Wellsville KS 66092
